退款或換貨(RMA)
1.買方收到產品後最多可在3週內確認產品是否符合規格或檢驗標準。
2.當新恩光電收到退回的不良品時,RMA會盡量在1~2周內完成。如果必須將不良品發回給供貨商,則需要更長時間。
3.買方只能在無法更換產品時獲得退款。 如果可更換產品,則客戶必須接受更換。
4.當收到產品時.發現外箱有破損.請第一時間告知我們即拍照。
5.當發現產品有刮傷.破裂.都須即時提供外箱照片.以便進行RMA流程。

1. After receiving the products, the buyer can confirm whether the products meet the specifications or inspection standards within 3 weeks at most.
2. When Bravura Optic Solutions Co., Ltd receives the returned defective products, RMA will be completed within 1-2 weeks as far as possible. If the defective product has to be sent back to the supplier, it will take longer.
3. The buyer can only get a refund if the product cannot be replaced. If the product can be replaced, the customer must accept the replacement.
4. When the product is received, the box is found to be damaged, please take photo and contact us.
5. When the product is found to be scratched or cracked, photos of the outer box must be provided immediately for RMA process.
